  • Oct 22, 2026 — Round 2 delayed: rice supplier short by 180 sacks. Our supplier can only deliver 320 of 500 sacks. Requested a fund release (FR-2026-091) to buy the balance from an alternate supplier in Daraga.

  • Sep 28, 2026 — Psychosocial session for children. 46 children and 18 caregivers attended. Three children referred to the RHU for follow-up.
  • Sep 15, 2026 — Coordination with MDRRMO Malilipot. Agreed the evacuation center list for Round 2 and the hand-over of the masterlist so families are not served twice.
