1. Summary
Tuition stipends, school supplies and formation camps for 120 high-school and college scholars from poor families across the diocese.
As of Oct 29, 2026, the project has reached 118 of 120 target students (98%) and used ₱993,800 of its ₱1,800,000 budget (55%). Issue to note: 1st-semester grades due Oct 31 — 15 of 118 still missing.

6. Highlights from the field
- Oct 26, 2026 — 103 of 118 grade reports in. 15 pending, mostly from Bacacay schools whose report cards come out late. Will collect on Nov 3.
- Sep 12, 2026 — Formation camp at the Bishop’s House. 112 scholars attended the 2-day camp on servant leadership. Parents joined the closing Mass.
